The Tai Chi group will start on Friday 24th April 10.15 am - 11.15 am

This is a new group, primarily using the Shibashi form, with the emphasis on breathing, balance and flowing movements; this set is celebrated for its health benefits, including reduced anxiety, improved circulation, and increased flexibility.
